US pilot policy draft

Customer policies prepared before checkout.

These rules describe the protections prepared for PawSwipe's US pilot. No purchase can be made today. Private support, exact checkout disclosures, and the test payment-to-fulfilment-draft process have been verified; the physical sample, taxes, eligible destinations, and supplier billing remain launch gates.

Current status

Orders are not open and these policies do not invite payment or personal information. The final effective version will be dated and presented before checkout opens.

Shipping policy

One verified market at a time

The pilot will accept only eligible US destinations shown at checkout. Before payment, the buyer must see the product price, shipping charge, applicable tax, destination eligibility, and the current estimated arrival range. Printful's authenticated US estimate for every configured Pet Parade size was 9–11 business days on July 12, 2026. The Stripe shipping option will display that range before payment. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can change with production or carrier conditions; PawSwipe will recheck it while orders are open.

If PawSwipe cannot ship within the stated time—or within 30 days when no time was stated—the buyer will be offered the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund, including customer-paid shipping for an entirely unshipped order.

When the order ships, PawSwipe will provide the available carrier or Printful tracking link. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear and a final-mile carrier may complete delivery.

Refund and replacement policy

Report production and transit problems promptly

For an item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact PawSwipe within 30 days of delivery. Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required so the issue can be verified. An approved claim will receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, at PawSwipe's determination and subject to applicable law.

For a package lost in transit, contact PawSwipe within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. PawSwipe will review tracking and the delivery address before deciding whether to replace or refund the order.

Because Pet Parade is made to order, change-of-mind returns and exchanges for a buyer-selected wrong size are not planned for the US pilot unless applicable law requires otherwise. This limit does not reduce rights for damaged, defective, misprinted, materially incorrect, or undelivered goods.

Cancellation and address changes

Ask before fulfilment begins

A cancellation or address change can be attempted only before production starts and is not guaranteed. Once fulfilment begins, the supplier says an order cannot be edited or cancelled. PawSwipe will confirm whether the request succeeded; an unconfirmed request does not stop production or shipment.

Privacy notice

Only data needed for launch notice, support, payment, and delivery

This pre-launch storefront has no customer accounts, PawSwipe analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Ordinary web request data may reach GitHub Pages or Render to deliver and secure the site; Render's current Hobby runtime logs are available for seven days.

The optional PawSwipe launch-notification form is hosted by Google and collects only a validated email and required consent. PawSwipe uses it for one email when Pet Parade ordering opens for eligible US destinations—never recurring newsletters, promotions, advertising audiences, or tracking pixels—and deletes the address within 30 days after sending, earlier on verified request, or by July 12, 2027 if ordering has not opened and consent was not renewed.

The optional PawSwipe private support form is hosted by Google and collects a help category, reply email, optional PawSwipe order reference, message, and privacy confirmation. PawSwipe uses those fields only to review, route, respond to, and document the request and deletes routine support records 24 months after the last activity, unless an unresolved dispute, security review, legal duty, or transaction-record rule requires longer retention. Never submit a full card number, card security code, password, one-time code, government ID, or unrelated personal data.

When checkout is eventually approved, Stripe Checkout will collect billing and shipping addresses, phone, email/customer details, payment and transaction data, tax and fraud signals, plus store, SKU, size, and privacy-limited attribution metadata. PawSwipe's server does not receive the full card number or security code. After a qualifying paid event, Printful receives the name, email, phone, shipping address, hashed external order reference, selected variant/size, quantity, and retail unit price needed to make, ship, track, or resolve the order. PawSwipe does not sell this data or use it for advertising.

PawSwipe keeps transaction and fulfilment records for six years from the end of the last tax year they relate to, following Canadian business-record rules. Stripe and Printful also retain data for their documented payment, tax, contract, dispute, fraud, and legal duties. A customer may use private support to request access, correction, or deletion. PawSwipe will verify the requester and act unless a transaction, dispute, security, fraud, or legal duty requires continued retention; processor-specific requests may need to be forwarded to the provider.
