This page records the customer-facing launch rules for Pet Parade. It will be revised before orders open whenever supplier, market, payment, or support details change.
Current status
No orders, payments, shipping addresses, or customer accounts are accepted on this preview. The optional launch-notification form accepts only an email and explicit consent for one launch message. The private support form accepts only information submitted for a support request. A disabled checkout control is not an invitation to order.
Sizing
Three square sizes, with an important limit
S, M, and L are configured with the supplier. Its current size guide lists equal length and width:

The supplier states that S is intended for small pets and will not fit an adult; adults should use M or L. Fit still depends on how the square is folded and tied.
Shipping
Markets stay closed until verified
The US supplier base cost and standard one-item shipping rate have been verified. Delivery estimates can change and are not guarantees. A destination-specific estimate, tax treatment, tracking method, and any import-cost warning must be shown before an order is accepted. Tax registrations and a PawSwipe-specific merchant account are still separate closed launch gates.
Returns
Made-to-order limits are published before launch
PawSwipe's US pilot policy covers damaged, defective, misprinted, materially incorrect, and undelivered goods. It also explains the made-to-order limit for buyer’s remorse or a buyer-selected wrong size. The policy, private support route, and test payment-to-draft process have been verified; orders remain closed for the physical sample, tax, eligible-destination, and supplier-billing gates.
Privacy
No storefront tracking or payment forms
This preview does not run PawSwipe analytics, advertising pixels, customer accounts, or checkout. The optional Google-hosted launch form collects a validated email and required consent for one launch notice, then PawSwipe deletes the address within 30 days after sending or earlier on verified request. The optional private support form collects a help category, reply email, optional PawSwipe order reference, message, and privacy confirmation only when submitted. Never include a full card number, card security code, password, one-time code, government ID, or unrelated personal data.
Product
Verified construction facts
The saved supplier template uses an original PawSwipe repeat pattern, a single-sided all-over synthetic print, double-folded edges, black stitching, and a tear-away care label. Material composition varies by fulfilment region. Sample quality has not yet been inspected by PawSwipe.

Discuss the guides without treating GitHub as private support
The PawSwipe preview discussion welcomes public feedback on guide clarity, missing decision questions, and the digital print preview. Reading is public; posting requires a GitHub account. Never post an email, shipping address, payment or order data, password, identification, or private support information there. Use the private support form for a private request.
Support
A private, monitored support route
Use the PawSwipe private support form for product, policy, privacy, or future order help. New responses notify the monitored PawSwipe support queue. PawSwipe targets an initial review within one US business day during the pilot, without promising a resolution before records are verified. Never submit card details, passwords, one-time codes, government IDs, or unrelated personal data.
